Family Therapy
Families are complicated. Even the most loving ones can get stuck in patterns that feel frustrating, hurtful, or just plain exhausting.
Family therapy offers a space where everyone gets to show up, be heard, and start understanding each other in a different way. Instead of focusing on one person as “the problem,” we look at the system as a whole—because often, the patterns we fall into are bigger than any one individual.
What makes family therapy different from individual counselling is that we’re working with the relationships themselves—slowing things down, improving communication, and creating new ways of responding to each other that actually feel supportive.
There’s no “perfect family” we’re trying to create here—just a more honest, connected, and workable way of being together.
